Gech Inc operates as a vehicle shipping agent, coordinating transport between customers and FMCSA-licensed motor carriers. We do not own or operate transport equipment.
All quotes are estimates based on information you provide and current market conditions. Final pricing is confirmed when a carrier accepts your shipment.
Bookings are confirmed when you sign our service agreement. You may cancel without penalty before a carrier is assigned. Once a carrier is dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless you have specifically booked guaranteed-date service. Carriers operate within federal hours-of-service rules and may be affected by weather, traffic and mechanical issues.
Vehicles are covered by the assigned carrier's cargo insurance during transit. Personal belongings left in the vehicle are not insured. Damage claims must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery before you sign.
You agree to provide accurate information, prepare the vehicle for transport, be present at pickup and delivery and complete the bill of lading inspection.
Gech Inc's liability is limited to the brokerage services provided. Carrier liability is governed by the carrier's terms and federal regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
