How long does vehicle shipping take?
Pickup usually happens within 1โ5 business days of booking. Transit time varies by distance: regional routes take 1โ3 days, cross-country runs 7โ10 days.
What's the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open transport uses standard multi-level car carriers and is the most affordable option. Enclosed transport uses fully covered trailers and is recommended for luxury, classic and exotic vehicles.

Is my vehicle insured during transit?
Yes. Every carrier in our network carries cargo insurance. We verify coverage limits before dispatching your shipment.
How does door-to-door pickup work?
The driver picks your vehicle up at or as close to your address as legally possible. If your street can't accommodate a 75-foot trailer, the driver arranges a nearby meeting point at no extra cost.
Do I need to be present at pickup and delivery?
Yes โ you or an authorized adult (18+) must be present to sign the bill of lading and complete the condition inspection.
Can I leave items inside the vehicle?
Most carriers allow up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk. Insurance does not cover personal belongings โ we recommend shipping valuables separately.
How much fuel should be in my vehicle?
About a quarter tank. Enough to load and unload, but not so much it adds unnecessary weight.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged during transit?
Note any new damage on the bill of lading at delivery before signing. That's your legal foundation for a cargo insurance claim. Contact us immediately and we'll help you through the claims process.
Can you ship a non-running vehicle?
Yes. Inoperable vehicles require a carrier with a winch and proper loading equipment. Let us know when you book so we can match you with the right carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and ACH for retail customers. Dealer accounts can qualify for net-30 billing.
Do you charge a deposit?
Most shipments require no deposit until a carrier is assigned. Some specialty shipments may require a small booking deposit.
Can you guarantee a specific pickup date?
Standard service comes with a pickup window of 1โ5 days. Guaranteed-date pickup is available for an additional premium.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes โ we coordinate land transport to West Coast ports and arrange ocean freight to Anchorage or Honolulu.
Will my odometer change during transit?
Only by a few miles โ the distance needed to load and unload.
Are you licensed and insured?

Can you ship a vehicle internationally?
We coordinate domestic transport to US ports for international shipments. Ocean freight is handled by our international freight forwarder partners.
